Tenant hours are typically 7:00 am thru 9:00 pm with a secured access code to the building. 2) There will not be any fencing installed on the site. 3) The dumpster is stored inside the structure, and “rolled out” on trash service days. 4) Comment noted. 5) Comment noted. 6) No response required. 7) The building height will not exceed 35’ as defined by City of Little Rock code. 8) Building materials will consist of: Stucco, EIFS and metal. 9) Outdoor storage will not be allowed with this application.
