Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-1580-A Life Storage – Conditional Use Permit 4520 S. University Avenue Development Comments: Do the hours of operation provided include customer access to storage units, or are they just for the office? Will the site be fenced? If so, show on site plan. All fencing must comply with Section 36-516 of the Code. Will a dumpster be located on the site? If so, show on site plan with screening as required by Section 36-523 of the code. Any signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the code (signs permitted in commercial zones). All sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. Parking shown on the site plan will be sufficient to serve proposed use. Building setbacks comply with the code. Provide proposed building heights for proposed use. Provide information on exterior building materials (brick, metal, wood, etc.). Will there be any outdoor storage (vehicles, RVs, boats, etc.) If so, show area on site plan.
