Attached are the drawings, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
This project contains approximately 1.353 acres and is located at 7404 Mabelvale Pike. The parcel is
currently zoned R-2, and the developer would like to rezone this property to Mr- I S*
The property is presently undeveloped. The owner is proposing to develop 3 apartment buildings
with 8 units per building. This 24 unit development would be similar to the existing complex to
the west.
Please place this item on the August 11, 2022 Little Rock Planning Commission agenda.
