STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The applicant proposes to construct a room addition onto the
rear of the existing house. The lot depth, while meeting
ordinance minimums, is fairly shallow, especially
considering that there is a 35' building line on this plat.
There will be no interference with other neighboring
structures. Staff recommends approval.
BOARD ACTION:
The applicant was present, and there were no objectors.
After a brief discussion, the Board moved to approve the
application as filed. The motion passed: 6 ayes, 0 noes
and 1 absent.
