Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, September 6, 2022. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-9725 Hobbs Duplex # 2 – Conditional Use Permit
1021 South Woodrow Street
Development Comments:
1. At least three (3) off-street parking spaces just be provided for a duplex.
2. Staff suggests providing a concrete parking pad from West 11th Street with a maximum
driveway width of 20’ feet and parking pad width of 27 feet. Staff will support no
driveways from South Woodrow Street.
3. Provide height of proposed duplex structure.
4. Provide description of exterior building materials.
