On behalf of FT Investments, we are requesting the city of Little Rock to allow a
Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the property located at 6105 Father Tribou Street, Little Rock
AR, 72205. It is currently zoned for 0-3 (General Office Use), and we are requesting the use of
Commercial use for a health and beauty business. The operating hours of the business will be
Monday thru Friday 9-6, Saturday 10-3, and closed Sundays. There will be two hairstylists, and
three estheticians. The services of the business will include hair, facials, waxing, spray tanning,
and a variety of other esthetic services. The property has 32 available parking spaces. There will
be no changes made to the current interior or exterior of the property. We ask that you accept
this application and grant said property a Conditional Use Permit, so it continues to provide a
