Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, September 6, 2022. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be

Development Comments:
1. Provide a clearer site plan showing existing parking spaces.
2. Provide existing building height.
3. Provide total area of existing building.
4. Provide list of existing uses in the building, to include building area for each use.
5. Provide building area for proposed beauty salon.
6. Provide information on garbage collection.
7. Any new signage must comply with Section 36-553 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance
( Signs permitted in office zones).
