Romie, Please find below our written responses: With respect to the clearer site plan, we have requested this from our surveyor and they should be preparing.  Our hope was to have this today, but we’re still waiting on it.  I do know that on the front of the building facing Father Tribou, there are approximately 22 parking spaces (1 of which is marked as a handicapped parking space).  There are parking spaces in the rear of the building.  I don’t have the number on this, but I expect the revised survey will indicate such. Building Height – We have also asked the surveyor if they can determine the building height. Pursuant to Pulaski County Assessor, the total area of the existing building is approximately 7,600 square feet.  4,100 square feet on the first floor and 3,500 square feet on the second floor. List of existing uses and building area: There are seven commercial units on the first floor and seven residential units on the second floor. 1 of the commercial units is used as a psychologist’s office. 2 of the commercial units are combined for use as a hair salon. 4 of the commercial units are combined for use of a tanning salon. My understanding is that each of the units is approximately 585.71 square feet. Psychologist’s office: approx. 585.71 sq ft. Hair Salon: approx.. 1,171.42 sq ft. Tanning Salon: approx. 2,340.00 sq ft.    See above with respect to the hair salon and tanning salon. Garbage collection is contracted through Landlord.  My understanding is no new signage is being requested. The building does not exceed 3 stories in height or 62,000 square feet.  With regards to the Comments on the Agenda: Civil Engineering Review:  No Comments. Buffer and Landscape Requirements:  No Comments Fire Marshall:  The existing building is only two stories and does not exceed 30 feet in height.  Further, the building does not exceed 62,000 square feet in area.  As such, the remoteness provision does not seem applicable.
