RE: Z-9727 Danforth Accessory Dwelling – Conditional Use Permit
222 Rosetta Street
Development Comments:
1. Will the proposed accessory dwelling ever be rented, or only be occupied by family
members of the property owner.
2. The proposed accessory dwelling needs to be set back at least three (3) feet from the
north side property line. Staff will not support a variance for the reduced setback.
3. The proposed accessory swelling must be located outside the existing utility easement.
Staff will not support a variance for easement encroachment.
4. Parking must be provided for at least two (2) vehicles. Show parking spaces on site plan.
5. Provide description of exterior building materials for the proposed accessory dwelling.
