Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, October 5, 2022. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide property owner authorization form.
2. Provide development schedule for the project.
3. Provide north/south cross-section drawing (through the building) for the project.
4. Will the west portion of the property (detention area) be a separate lot? If so, make a lot split
part of the proposal?
5. Provide description of exterior building materials.
6. Any signage must comply with Section 36-553 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs
allowed in office zones).
7. Will there be a dumpster on the site? If so, show it on the site plan with required screening.
8. Show all proposed fencing (type and height) on the site plan.
9. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
