Please find the following response to staff comments:
Development – 1) Attached as requested.
2) The developer would like to start construction in Spring of 2023 and have the
building open in Fall of 2023.

4) The west portion of the property is being retained by the seller as a Regional Storm
Water Detention facility for all the lots.
5) Exterior building materials will consist of alternating sections of vertical & horizontal
siding panels with stone veneer.

7) Yes, a dumpster location is shown on the common lot line and will be screened as
required by code.
