Development Comments:
1. Provide the maximum rental time (number of days).
2. Will any meals be provided to guests?
3. All signage must comply with Section 36-551 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs allowed
in single-family zones).
4. Any new sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
5. Will standard City of Little Rock garbage collection be utilized?
