I am writing to express my interest in expanding my family home child care. I'm
the owner of The House of Harmony family child care. John Epperson who is my
husband is the property owner at 513 Thayer in Little Rock, Arkansas. John
Epperson has authorized I, Latarsha Epperson, to act as his agent regarding the
property at 513 Thayer. The House is a single family home measuring at 896
square foot. The kids will be picked up and dropped off on Thayer St. in front of
the house between the hours of 7:30am to 5:00pm.
