Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing for the November 10, 2022, Planning Commission meeting.
Please use the attached agenda to verify your case file (Z) number or (S) number and name.
Hearing notices must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, October 26, 2022, to all owners of lands abutting the boundary of the property.
Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, October 28, 2022:
Proof of notification. (Completed attached Notice of Public Hearing Form).
Copy of abstract List. (Name and address of all property owners of lands abutting the boundary of the property must be from a licensed abstract company).
Certified mail receipts (the small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed by the post office).
