RE: Preliminary plat of Sienna Lake Subdivision, Little Rock, AR
Dear Planning Staff,
We are pleased to submit a request for the preliminary plat for the proposed subdivision named Sienna Lake
Subdivision Phase I. Located on Sienna Lake Lane and West Lake Lane, these plats will contain 3,609 LF of
new roadways, 68 lots located on 27.4 acres. The owner is Sienna lake partners LLC located at 7000 Crystal
Lake road, suite 1, N. Little Rock, AR 72118 and is filed under Instrument # 2021090803. The average lot size
will be 0.355 acres and the minimum lot size will be 0.153 acres. Water will be obtained from Central Arkansas
Water. Sewer will be a force main system which drains into LRWRA system. No variances or waivers are
being requested. The latest site survey was provided to me by Robbins Professional Land Services on 10/4/22.
Also, a preliminary bill of assurance has been provided.
