I just got back from my almost 2-week vacation yesterday and just read over this. This is impressive.I wonder if there is
sufficient political will to get this through? I hope so. Ted

Commissioners,
Attached is the draft for the full Central High LOD report. A few updates:
The moratorium resolution has been placed on the July 19th Board of Directors agenda. The moratorium will go
into effect immediately if approved.
The report has been placed on the Planning Commission July 14th agenda as a discussion item, not a voting item.
The PC has 60 days to provide recommendations following this meeting.
The report has also been sent to AHPP for their 60-day review period.
The neighborhood associations that would be affected by the LOD—Central High NA and Wright Ave NA—have
been contacted and we will set up meeting with their leadership or the whole of their organizations soon.
I will keep the Commission updated as this initiative moves forward!
I appreciate all of your comments, suggestions, and questions yesterday afternoon as we consider this initiative. I’ll
integrate these suggestions moving forward.
Lastly, just a reminder to get back with me on what October/November dates work best for the CAMP training. I’ll get back
with the NAPC organizer next Wednesday 07/13 to give them several suggestions of dates.
Thanks and Happy Friday,
Hannah Ratzlaff
