RE: LAND ALTERATION VARIANCE
Dear Planning Staff,
We are pleased to submit a request to reissue the existing grading permit for Cantrell West Restaurant
Center located at 15122 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, Pulaski County, AR. We have not completed all of the grading
activities per the existing permit. We plan to take the excess fill to the genesis car wash site and Hamilton
station site located on highway 10. Our intention is to maintain the existing grading and drainage plan
previously submitted.
