1. Install Erosion Control measures during early stages of clearing, excavation, or
grubbing and maintain throughout construction.
2. Sedimentation or Detention pond is shown on plan.
__2-3. Perimeter Buffer areas as required shall remain undisturbed at all times.
�4. Off site tracking shall be kept to a minimum at all times, if tracking becomes a
nuisance to the public, contractor shall remove all debris and soil from streets and
storm sewers.
5. Haul Permit obtained liom Traffic Engineering.
6. Elapsed time between clearing and providing cover shall not exceed (3) three weeks; ie vegetation,
mulching or gravel.
Comment: The City of Little Rock reserves the right to require additional controls as needed. This
permit is for rough grading on the site to prevent sediment loss and the installation on site of erosion
control measures and drainage improvements. Contact 371-4817 prior to expiration to acknowledge
