PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS:
No adverse comments have been received from any reviewing
agency. The proposed zoning for this property is compatible
with the long standing policies for this area of the City.
The applicant plans to expand his food warehousing
facilities onto this property and has already received
approval from the Board of Adjustment, contingent upon
zoning approval, for the necessary setback variances.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicant was present, and there were 'no objectors.
After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve
the application as filed. The motion passed - 10 ayes,
0 noes and 1 absent.
