Z -7706-A high brick wall along a portion of the south (street side) property line and a portion of the rear (west) property line, located between the street right-of-way (Country Club Blvd.) and the required eight (8) foot side building setback line. Staff is supportive of the requested fence/wall height variance. Staff views the request as reasonable. The proposed wall height will not be out of character with other walls and fences within this neighborhood. An existing masonry wall ranging in height from six (6) to 7.5 feet is located directly across Country Club Blvd. to the south.
