Our understanding is the applicant wants to move a Salon into the existing building. But note, this is a C- 3 not a Planned Development. So, any use permitted in C-3 could in the future locate on the property without any further pubic review, if approved. The applicant is requesting the land use designation be changed from Residential High Density (RH) to Commercial (C). The Subject site is on the west side of Glover Street between Cantrell Road and Biscayne Drive. On November 10, 2022 the Planning Commission will consider the applicant’s request to amend the land use plan from Residential High Density (RH) to Commercial (C). The hearing will begin at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be at the Centre at University Park, 6401 West 12th Street. You are invited to attend to speak in support or opposition to this request.
