HomeMy WebLinkAboutdraft Ord. for LU2022-03-01 [Page 1 of 2] ORDINANCE NO. ____________ 1 2 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN 3 THE WEST LITTLE ROCK PLANNING DISTRICT 4 (LU2022-03-01) AT 2410 GLOVER STREET FROM 5 RESIDENTIAL HIGH DENSITY (RH) TO 6 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (NC), AND FOR 7 OTHER PURPOSES. 8 9 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use 10 Plan Map and now recommends it for adoption. 11 12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 13 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: 14 15 Section 1. The Land Use Plan Map is amended at 2410 Glover Street from 16 Residential High Density (RH) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC) as shown on the 17 attached graphic. 18 19 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, 20 sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid 21 or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining 22 portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so 23 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 24 ordinance. 25 26 Section 3. Repealer.
