Due to the age and condition of the home, we will raze the current structure and build a 1 % story, 3 bedroom, 2 % bath home, approximately 2500 square feet, with an attached garage and a covered outdoor living space in the back. The new home will be in a style very befitting of the Heights neighborhood. We are working with Carolyn Lindsey, AIA, of Yeary Lindsey Architects. Although we are building the home with the care and attention to detail as if it were to be our own, we plan to put the home on the market for a new homeowner to purchase and enjoy for many years to come.
