The notice of public hearing affidavit (information regarding the variance request mailed to neighbors within 200 feet of the property) must postmarked ten (10) days prior to the meeting,
So, no later than October 10, 2022. Please submit the notice exhibits to staff no later than 6 days prior to the meeting.
