We would like to move the set back for the pool and covered patio to 1’
from the property line in the rear set back. Also the addition of the covered
grill area separate from the home and a storage room addition attached to
the home. This home is on open wooded green space and will match the
already approved kitchen and pool to the property next door on Lot 11 23
LaScala Ct. In addition, the outdoor covered patio will be located 3 feet
from the West side yard property line. There is limited backyard space,
and the pool and patio will run parallel to the rear property line and will be
offset 1 foot.
