They have operated this business on Colonel Glenn Road just west of this new location for more than 10 years. The owners of the building where they had been leasing wanted to expand their own business, thus ending the lease for the Fullers. The Fuller's intent is to remain on Colonel Glenn Road and in this community where they have built neighborly relationships and loyal clientele over these many years. They have purchased a pre- engineered metal building for this piece of property that they own at 8312 Colonel Glenn Rd. The property has a ditch along the south property line which is requiring the building to encroach into the rear yard setback (west) and the side yard setback (north). We are requesting the following variances: 1. To have a north side yard that is less than 15 feet in width. To have a rear yard less than 25 feet in width. 3. To have less than the required 20 parking spaces. We have provided 16 spaces. 4. Reduce the landscape perimeters from 9 ft to 8 ft. If there are any additional questions please give me a call.
