Markham Street| Little Rock, AR 72201-1334 RE: Variance request 60 Falstone Drive Little Rock, Arkansas Dear Mrs. Slade, On behalf of our client, we are proposing a variance to the Board of Adjustments. This variance is because an existing pool and building encroach into a rear building setback line. This residential lot does not have a neighbor on the rear of this property. This subdivision has a large green space behind this lot. There is not a neighbor that is negatively affected by this variance request if approved. The topography on this property was extremely challenging and made construction very difficult. Thank you for your time and consideration.
