DYNE Hospitality group would like to incorporate a monument sign at their new location being built at
322 S. Broadway St. in Little Rock. Visibility plays a critical role in ensuring patrons can see our new
location and have ready access to it. There are other quick service restaurants in the area with pylons
and we are requesting similar visibility while maintaining area code restrictions by utilizing a monument
sign. We believe that the design we proposed doesn’t impact the local area while still providing the
restaurant maximum visibility.
