more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at an axle marking the Northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence run SO'07'W
along the blest right-of-way line of University Avenue (formerly Hayes St.) a dis-
tance of 125.0 ft. to an iron pin; thence to the right with an interior angle of
88°48', N88'41'W a distance of 100.0 ft. to an iron pin; thence to the right with
an interior angle of 91°12', NO'07'E and parallel with the West right-of-way line
of University Avenue, a distance of 125.0 ft. to a nail in a fence post, a point
on the North line of said Lot 6; thence to the right with an interior angle of 88'48',
S88'41'[ along said North line a distance of 100.0 ft. to the point of beginning, con-
taining 12,497 sq. ft. or 0.2869 Acre more or less.
1, Edward G. Smith, a registered Civil Engineer and land surveyor, do hereby certify
that 1 have surveyed the property shown on this map and described above; that the
map is true and correct; that the buildings erected on said property are within the
boundaries of said property; that there are no encroachments by buildings, improve-
ni�nts, or fences (except as may be shown thereon) and that there are no visible
rights -of -way, joint driveways, or easements on or across said property, other than
those shown or set forth in said map.
