Little Rock Board of Directors Special Called Meeting

The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, met in a Special Called
Meeting with Mayor Frank Scott, Jr., presiding. Deputy City Clerk Allison Segars called
the roll with the following Directors present: Miller; Richardson (via WebEx
Teleconferencing); Webb; Peck; Wright; Wyrick; Kumpuris; Phillips; Adcock; Vice-Mayor
Hines; and Mayor Scott. Director Virgil Miller delivered the invocation followed by the
Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor Scott stated that at 1:30 PM that afternoon, he had sent an e-mail to the Board
stating the need to call a Special Meeting to discuss a personnel issue that needed
immediate attention.
Director Phillips made the motion, seconded by Director Peck, for the Board to go into
Executive Session to address a personnel issue. By unanimous voice vote of the Board
Members present, the Board went into Executive Session for the purposes of
addressing a personnel issue.
The Board returned from Executive Session and Mayor Scott stated that no action had
been taken.
Director Kumpuris made the motion, seconded by Vice-Mayor Hines, to adjourn the
meeting. By unanimous voice vote of the Board Members present, the meeting was
adjourned.
