The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, met in a Special Called
Meeting with Mayor Frank Scott, Jr., presiding. Deputy City Clerk Allison Segars called
the roll with the following Directors present: Miller; Webb (enrolled at 4:02 PM); Peck;
Wright; Wyrick; Kumpuris (enrolled at 4:02 PM); Adcock; Vice-Mayor Hines; and Mayor
Scott. Absent: Richardson & Phillips. Vice-Mayor Hines delivered the invocation
followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
AGENDA (Item 1)
1. RESOLUTION NO. 15,785: To amend Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 15,083
(October 15, 2019), to establish that the demise of improvements for the Women and
Children First: The Center Against Family Violence shall be with Lessee as long as the
lease is in place; and for other purposes. Staff recommends approval.
Director Adcock made the motion, seconded by Director Wright, to approve the
resolution. By unanimous voice vote of the Board Members present, the resolution
was approved.
Director Peck made the motion, seconded by Vice-Mayor Hines, to adjourn the meeting.
By unanimous voice vote of the Board Members present, the meeting was adjourned.
