Staff recommends approval of Z-3822 and recommends deferral of Z -3021-F. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The Commission dealt with these two applications separately. Z -302.1-E was deferred to the May 11 Planning Commission meeting on a vote of 8 ayes, 0 noes and 3 absent. Z-3822 was approved by the Planninq Commission on a vote of 8 ayes, 0 noes and 3 absent.
