This is a follow-up action to an earlier Planning Commission issue. The applicant proposes that two duplexes will be constructed on this property. The earlier proposal was to plat two lots out of this one. The proposed zoning appears to be the only reasonable solution to this problem. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The applicant was present, and there were no objectors. Commissioner Rector abstained citing conflict of interest. After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve the application as filed. A motion was passed: 9 ayes, 0 noes, 1 absent and 1 abstention (Rector).
