PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS:
No adverse have been received from any reviewing agency
regarding this request. No neighborhood opposition has
surfaced. There is no specific plan for this area, but the
surrounding land uses and zoning tend to support the
application.
This property is one of four remaining single family
dwellings on 'IT"e Streets. The remainder of the area has
commercial or offices uses. The residential areas to the
west is physically separated from the homes on 'IT"° Street.
Because of this relative isolation and the general
transitional status of the area, staff would anticipate the
eventual conversion of these four remaining properties to
office uses.

Staff recommends approval.

COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicant was present and there were no objectors. After
a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve the
application -as filed. The motion passed - 10 ayes, 0 noes
and 1 absent.
