ORDINANCE DESIGN STANDARDS: 1. Site Location This property fronts on a major arterial (Cantrell Road). 2. Compatibilitv with Neighborhood This property is surrounded on three sides by commercial uses. A railroad lies adjacent to the north. The proposed use is compatible with the surrounding area. 3. On -Site Drives and Park This proposal is part of a larger development that contains four access drives to Cantrell Road and hundreds of existing paved parking spaces. The two auto service bays located in the rear of the building provide an adequate (30 feet) paved service drive. The staff foresees no adverse impact to the surrounding area. 6.
