Enqineering points out that there is significant floodwav and floodplain restrictions on most of the property west of the railroad spur track shown on the graphic. This application is compatible with the Suburban Development Plan and surrounding land use. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff_ recommends approval. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The applicant was present, and there were no objectors. After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve the application as filed. The motion was passed: 10 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent.
