I hereby certify that I have surveyed part of the SW 1/2 NE 1/4, Section 33,
T -2-N R -13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as: Beginning
at the Northwest corner of the SWI/4 NE 1/4 said Section 33; thence E1 89°49'21" E
along the North line of said sW 1114 NE 1/4, 210.0 ft. to a point; 'hence S 0°40'39" E
and parallel with the 'West line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4, 210.00 ft. to a point; thence
S 89°49'21" W, and parallel with the North line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4, 219.0 ft. to
a point on the West line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence N 0°40'39" W al?ng said West
line, 210.0 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 44,098 sq. ft. cr 1.0124 acres
more or less. Property lines were located in accordance with established property
lines. There are no apparent encroachments except as shown.
