at the Northwest corner of the SW l/4 NE 1/4 said Section 33: thence N 89°4912." E,
along the North li.:ie of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4, 210.0 ft. to a point; thence S 00!0'39" E
and parallel with the West line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4, 210.00 ft. to a point; thence
S 89°49'21" W, and parallel with the North line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4, 21C.0 Ct. r.•,
a point on the West line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence N 0040'39" W along said West
line, 210.0 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 44,098 sq. ft. or 1.0124 acres
more or less. Property lines were located in accord;:tnce with established prorerty
