STAFF ANALYSIS:
This plan has been through several r�v�_sions. The purpose
of this latest modificationis t) regle,ct ten (10) acres of
property acquired by the applicant, previously described as
the "Willis property." Origina7,l.y. it started out as a
U-shaped parcel, their ten (10) acres were added to fill out
the "horseshoe" to a rectangle. Tater, Kelton Brown's
triangular parcel to the east was added. This latest
submission fills in the This
again and excludes
the Brown property to the east.
