PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS:
No adverse comments have been received from any reviewing
agency. The proposed zoning is compatible with the Suburban
Development Plan. This application is speculative in that
no development is likely to occur until after the sewer
system is installed and operable in mid 1983. A
considerable portion of the property is within the 100 Year
Floodplain and development will be required to follow the
Flood Hazard Ordinance. The far eastern edge of the
property lies within the floodway and cannot be developed at
all.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.
COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicant was present, and there were no objectors.
After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve
the application as filed. The motion was passed: 10 ayes,
0 noes and 1 absent.
