STAFF COMMENTS
Staff has reviewed each of these applications and finds them
to be in conformance with the provisions of the Zoning
Ordinance conversion adjustment section.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of each listed item.
COMMISSION ACTION:
The Commission moved to approve the conversions as
requested. The motion was passed - 9 ayes, 0 noes, 1 absent
and 1 abstaining. Bill Hastings abstained, citing conflict
of interest on two issues.
