The applicant seeks conformity of zoning and land use. The area is shown as "Strip Development" on the Suburban'Development Plan, which would normally call for "C-4" Open Display zoning, but the "C-4" District is so limited in its scope as to be almost unworkable in this area. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval of "C-3." COMMISSION ACTION The applicant was present, and there were no objectors. After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve the application as filed. The motion was passed: 9 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent.
