agency regarding this request. The application is
compatible with the Suburban Development Plan, and there is
an existing industrial use on the property. Mabelvale West
Road is a minor arterial on the Master Street Plan and there
is fairly direct access to the interstate highway system.
No right-of-way is required from this property as it has
previously been dedicated.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval.
