COMPANY of Columbia, Missouri. I hereby certify that:
(a) The survey (i) was made on the ground according to the field notes set
forth with all exterior corners and boundary lines monumented with iron pipes and is true,
correct and accurate as to the boundaries and areas of the subject property and tile size,
location, and type of buildings and improvements thereon, (ii) shows the location of all
improvements and other matters on the subject property, (iii) shows the location of all
rights-of-way easements, and other matters of record affecting the subject property
