ANALYSIS: The applicant has submitted a landscape plan. This site plan is a part of an office park development and is compatible with the surrounding area. This application meets all City ordinance requirements. CITY ENGINEERING REQUIREMENTS: The applicant needs to submit drainage and detention plans. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval subject to the City Engineering comments. SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW: The applicant was present and agreed to comply with staff recommendations. There were no unresolved issues. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The applicant was present. There were no objectors. The Commission voted 8 ayes, 0 noes and 3 absent to approve this application as reviewed by the Subdivision Committee and recommended by staff.
