follows: S 88° 54' W, 188.8 ft.; thence N 77" 50' 46" W, 284.8 ft.; thence
N 83` 45' W, 255.8 ft.; thence N 68° 02' 37" W, 182.2 ft.; thence N 53° 34' 20" W,
190.3 ft.; thence continuing along said north right-of-way N 39° 51' 42" W,
to a point of intersection of the north right-of-way of I-630 with a line that
is approximately 170 ft. east of the west lire of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 3, T -1-N, R -13-W; thence northerly along said line to a point that is
approximately 315 ft, south of the north line of the S£ 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 3, T -1-N, R -13-W; thence easterly a distance of approximately 510 ft.;
thence northerly to the south right-of-way of West Markham Street; thence
easterly along said south right-of-way to a point that is approximately 300 ft.
