Beginning at a point which is the interseotion of the north right-of-way
of Interstate 630 and the east line of the WE 1/4 of the 9W 1/4, Section 3,
T -1-N, R -13-W; thence westerly along the north right-of-way of 1-930' as
follows: S 88' 54' W, 188.8 ft.; thence N 77' 50' 46" W, 284.8 ft.; thence
N 830 45' W, 255.8 ft.; thence N 68° 02' 37" W, 182.2 ft.; thence N 53' 34' 20" W,'
190,3 ft.; thence continuing along said north right-of-way N 39" 51' 42" W,
to a point of intersection of the north right-of-way of I-630 with a line that
is approximately 170 ft. east of the west line of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 3, T -1-N, R -13-W; thence northerly along said line to a point that is
approximately 315 ft, south of the north line of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
