LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Part of the SE SA, Section 29, T -2-N, R -13-W, Pulaski
fownty, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the
Southwest corner of the SO, SWI, said Section 29; thence 5890 49' 50"E 250.06'
to the point of beginning, said point being 1083.56 feet N890 49' 50"W from
the Southeast corner of said Section 29; thence NOo 4' 41"W 365.85'; thence
N890 55' 19"E 444.05' to a point on the Westerly right of way line of Hinson
Road; thence along said right of way line and the are of curve concave to the
Northeast whose radius is 751.40' a chord bearing and distance of 5380 2' 8"L
27E.79' to the P.T. of said curve; thence S48o 43' 35"E and along said right
of way line 74.95' to the P.C. of a curve; thence along said right of way and
the arc of said curve being concave to the Northeast who4P radius is 642.74'
a chord bearing and distance of 5520 30' 5"E 84.63': thence along the arc of a
curve concave to the West whose radius is :.J.00' a chord.bearing and distance
of 5120 11' 1"E 55.671; thence S310 54' TV 7.94' to a point ,on the South line
of the SE; SW; said Section 29 and being the Northeast corner of Lot 55,
Hillsborough Subdivision as recorded in document 78-25029 in Plat Book A-86 of
the Pulaski County records; thence N880 49' 50"W and along the North line of
said Subdivision 746.5' to the point of beginning, containing 5.10 acres, more
or less.
A 10 foot wide casement is reserved along each side for utilities.
