A parcel of land situated in the NE%, NEI/4 of Section 28; the NW%, NW% of Section 27 and the SW'/<,
'W% of Section 22 all in the Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Section 28 said point being the common corner of said Sections
21, 22, 27 and 28; thence S 010 10' 20" E, 369.40 feet -long the east line of said Section 28; thence
