Staff Recommendation:
The proposed encroachment facilitates a major renovation of
an aging structure. The 20 foot alley to the rear of the
structure provides the additional separation desired by the
ordinance. The side yard encroachment will permit the
addition to continue the existing side wall alignment.
Staff recommends approval.
